Known Limitations
Like pretty much all software, DNA Match Analyzer will probably never be
"done". Here are some things that could be done:

The program’s purpose is to help determine where a DNA tester
might fit into a family tree. It does not attempt to predict the
exact place, instead giving the user a list of all the places it
might fit.

Synthetic person names could be improved. This turns out to be surprisingly hard to do well.

Better handling of pedigree collapse. At present it assumes parents
are unrelated. It does correctly handle double first cousins, but
does not handle married first cousins or other closer forms of
pedigree collapse.

Add special handling for X chromosome matches.

As more people use it, this list will certainly grow
